Basically the warriors will keep everything together with synapse while the rest of the army advances. The lictor and the raveners will jump ahead of the rest to keep the marines occupied. The gaunts rush forward shooting, whilt the hormagaunst will already be in combat! And of coarse, the carnifex walks and shoots and prays he can get into combat, while the genestealers follow!
