You can't have a fire support squad in your Infantry Platoon, it's only the Command Platoon that can have that (the Infantry Platoon takes a command squad only, it doesn't get the support squad options as detailed in the HQ choice).

I also wouldn't bother with a vet sgt in the AF squad if you're not going to give him a power weapon. I wouldn't bother with rough terrain mod on the chimera either, it's rare you'll be driving in difficult terrain.

I'd also give the guardsmen in the Infantry Platoon command squad lasguns, laspistol + ccw implies you're going to use them for close combat and that's a really bad idea. IG work better laying down as much shooting as possible and relying on the probabilities of the enemy failing saves.

personally, i would drop the Voxes. instead, give all Infantry Platoon Squads the Close Order Drill Doctrine, and take Veteran Sergeants where ever possible. Iron Discipline for all Officers should help keep the troops in line, too.

oh and Sharpshooters should easily make its points back if taken by the Heavy Weapon squad.

Drop Troops may come in handy for the Infantry Command Squad and 2nd squad, as it will get their Flamers in range sooner.

you dont have many AP1-2 weapons, so i would suggest taking Lascannon and Plasma Cannons on the Demolisher.

i agree about the Rough Terrain Mod - you shouldnt need it (especially you cant use it if moving full speed ready to drop off passangers).

hope that helps :)

p.s. oh and Dan: since when have Armoured Fist Vet Sgts been able to take Power Weapons?
