Pretty much what I'd take in a 1000pts Deathwing list, although in the "Clarifications from Pete Haines" thread on the GW forum it states that you shouldn't need Stubborn on the Chaplain as is already Fearless. There's not much you can buy for 5pts though - maybe Bionics to help keep him alive a little longer.
