Ok, this is coming waay after you posted the list but as I have just read it now, here goes.

1st - giving all those alternate guns/wargear to the crisis suits is a waste. Arm them the same and have them go after the same targets always. Plasma Rifle and Misslepod with a Multitracker is the best outfit for the suits. DON'T wix weapons like you have, as they all need different ranges and different targets. And shooting at different targets plays a very contradictory role for a Tau army, namely that you should shoot targets until they are neutralized, which can be done far easier directing shots at one unit instead of 3.

2nd - Shapers suck, 6+ saves suck. Krootox are uber shit too. Stick with basic Kroot squads. Kroot are speedbumps and covering fire. Stick them in cover 7" deep and leave them there.

3 - keep the broadsides the same for the same reasons as the crisis suits. It does you no good to separate them out like that with different gear.
