The =][= is not well used. 1st off, you have 7 warriors, you are only allowed 3. Second, what are they doing? Third, you are in a world of mixed armour pain. I'd suggest a heavy weapon build, as in most people's experrience they are better & more survivable:=][= Lord - bolter, carapace (to keep the same majority save), psychic hood2 x chiruregeonsAccolte, carapace, bolt gun3 x Heavy bolter warriors186 points - this squad is very frustrating for your opponent, as it is very hard to kill if you put it in 4+ terrain...However, from the army I think you'd be better off spending this on sisters rather than Inquisitors. Why no Exorsists? One of the best tanks in the game - I would always take 2 in a sisters army - your troops are troop killers, therefore your tanks need armour busting. The sister squads are odd numbers - make 'em even, it's better for scoring.Repentia, whilst lovelky modelsd with awesome fluff are the worst unit in the WH codex, take 'em if you like, but prepare for dissapointment. For a similar role, try Death Cult Assassins - at least they'll get to combat. If you are going for hoard death, then a 4 x Heavy Bolter retributer (?) squad would probably be good.I think your seraphim are a bit small to do anything meaningful.Oh dear, that's a lot of stuff I'd change! It's not a bad list, but there is froom for improvement.

plan9au wrote: First off sorry that's my layout - that should read 2 Plasma upgrade (not 2 extra warriors) and ill stand corrected on the 5 warriors, but the way i read it allowed me to take the 5....(i gotta find the codex damn it).....
plan9au wrote: i tried the heavy bolter thing but the flamer templates do more damage overall IMHO...Ill take the advice on the Inquistor, he hasn't really lived up to the pointcost....

Angelwing wrote:It's good to see a different list and more power to you for it!But, I would try to squeeze an exorcist or multi melta retributer squad in for some more anti tank. Maybe swap an immolator flamers for multi meltas. I know you are trying to get the repentia in combat with tanks, but as others have said, you will have difficulty achieving that so I wouldn't try to use them that way. I would plow them into targets such as dreadnoughts and carnifexs, and have a little faith in the dice!

Angelwing wrote:I use a squad of ten retributers with 4 multi meltas. I upgrade to veteran sister to get an extra faith point. The unit gets deployed 12 inches forward in the middle to try and cover as much as the board as possible. Hopefully a piece of terrain will be available to put them in for cover saves. This is a little simplistic and will of course be adapted by your mission, terrain and objectives. You need ten girls to absorb the inevitable attention this unit will receive. A book of st lucius will hold the girls in place and (as the girls are in the centre) provide the bonus to anything else around. Don't be tempted to martyr the vet for the faith point. You need her and her leadership to hold the girls in line. The general idea is to cover the centre of the board and/or cover objectives, persuading walkers, MC's and assault vehicles to stay back.To protect against assaults, assassins, arco flagellents or (if you feel lucky) repentia can be positioned for a counter charge.
