Indeed! Watching too many World War II Winter War documents about the Finnish front. So this is a army based on an Infantry Company from the Winter War. This is supposed to be a quite low-tech light army, that has fought in several battles. Plasma Guns are restricted to the most veteran and command units. Meltaguns are about the same, fore dedicated close quarter tank destroyers. It is also supposed to be predominantly infantry, Tanks and such were quite scarce during the Winter War, and most that we Finns had at the start were old, too old and/or broken. And the ones they got as war booty were early and inter war Russian tanks.

Another squad with a Hvy bolter/grenade launcher, then add some surveyors to your officers/vet sgts, they'll give you a free pop at enemy infiltrators, which is always handy before a battle.

A simple idea, I do like more infantry... although I have no experience on surveyors.

A mortar squad, yes, that would be nice and fit the theme. No tanks, atleast none of the heavy type. Although some close support artillery could also be fitting (quad launchers and heavy mortars) or something along the lines of close topped basilisks (to act as assault guns along the lines of StuG III:s Finns got from the Germans).

Some sentinels converted into light tanks or tankettes could also be fitting. Maybe even Chimeras! But nothing as heavy as Lemans.

Why give the anti-tank squad the light infantry doctrine? Are they going to infiltrate and then move?

Infiltrators set up last, so by taking the doctrine he allows himself to place them in the best suited spot for those shots against weaker tank armour.

Well, at any enemy armour, but yes. That is the jest of it.
