Tactics: the whole idea of this list is so that the whole army hits at roughly the same time. The storm guardians with spiritseer go with wraithlord, the other storm guardians go with the Avatar, then one of them goes on the left flank, the other on the right. The Dire Avengers advance up the center with the War Walker, The Harlequins find an attack route with lots of terrain, and go up there.

with just 1 BL you might suffer against Vehicles (especially considering you have no transports to get your close range stuff to the enemy faster).

im not sure how useful the Flamers will be. for a start it will take you even longer to get within their range, and lots of targets will be fast enough to charge you before you have shot (Hormies, Jump Packs, etc). maybe swap them for Fusion Guns to match the Singing Spear range and improve your Anti-tank a little?

otherwise, it looks like a solid list.

oh and to save points, you may want to drop the Kisses on one or two Harlies (you can use those models as fodder if the unit takes casualties).
