The Lord and Termies will deep strike behind enemy lines, lay down a hail of fire, hopefully survive that turn and then assault. The Basilisk will dump ordnance on hidden and hardy units. The infiltrating marines will set up to try and get first turn fire on enemy infantry. The other marines will stand around gawping, and occassionally shoot at vehicles. Raptors are there to get to CC nice and quick. And finally the Titan will stomp, roar, and generally annoy the enemy - hopefully I'll get a chance to kick some vehicles too

Can a Lord in termie armour take a CCW? AFAIK, the lisghtest weapon that can be taken by someone in termie armour is a power weapon. might be worth giving him another combi bolter instead, to add to the firepower.

drop the flamer. It will have almost no effect, and may end up forcing the enemy you want to assault to fall back out of assault range. The champion is good.

Yep, the CCW in a chaos list has a * next to it

That night vision was a mistake - I thought I'd already taken it out. I know I could do with larger squads, however then I wouldn't be able to squeeze everything else in

You're right - I'll post this bug on the AB forum. I'll have to find another way to make it harder to take out.

OK, slightly revised list. Dropped the night vision squad so I could squeeze in a dreadnought, dropped possession on the Basilisk, dropped the flamer on the raptors. Raptors get in fast and help the Lord+retinue to hit target. As before, the list is more for fun than a serious game - I fully expect the dreadnought to fire on my own troops at some point in the game based on previous experience
