I didn't have an avatar in that list at first, but since I've looked over it I think I want him in there. I will be facing a few DP's and some tough chaos HTH stuff and I don't think the rest of my army is suited to getting stuck in drawn out combats. I wanted something that can definitely trudge his way across the board to an objective, slowly but surely.

You are right, he isn't the same as the rest of the list, but I am hoping that will be a strength rather than a weakness. I aim to move him in on the most central loot/objective and use him to bait some of the enemies dangerous stuff in that direction.

A second farseer(okay Eldrad!) would be really good though I can see that now. One for being out in the field and one back at the reapers you suggest? Maybe when I switch to Harlies the game after I will give this a go!

Large board (8'x4') but 7000pts each side so pretty busy.
