Oops. If you're in the album thumbnail view, it's the Edit Text option on the drop down menu under a thumbnail. If you're in View Photo mode (just the pic showing with the part number underneath) use the [edit] link next to the name of the photo to change it.

Just noticed I can override the default setting of adding new stuff at the end to make them appear at the start, it's a per album option rather than global.

yes, new stuff at the start would be better, as we would all spot new additions at a glance, without having to flick though the pages to the end. :D
