Seeing as KMB is obsessed by my obsession with tanks:

Here's a mech list:

IG with BA allies:

HQ: CCS - 180
3 x plasma gun, astropath (gets my reserves on faster), chimera

Troop - platoon 490
PCS - 3 x grenade launcher, chimera
Infantry squad - krak grenades, plasma gun, chimera
Infantry squad - krak grenades, plasma gun, chimera
Infantry squad - krak grenades, plasma gun, chimera

Troop - platoon 465
PCS - 2 x grenade launcher, chimera
Infantry squad - krak grenades, plasma gun, chimera
Infantry squad - krak grenades, plasma gun, chimera
Infantry squad - krak grenades, grenade launcher (into vendetta)
Infantry squad - krak grenades, grenade launcher (into vendetta)

Fast - Vendetta - 130

Fast - Vendetta - 130

HQ - Librarian - 145

Fairly simple again. Weather the storm of long range shooting on turn 1. The librarian joins the CCS (if he can in a vehicle - otherwise he stands behind the tank wall) and casts shield. Small squads that get close are enganged using wings.

Flyers arrive & kill everything.

End.

Are you going to spoil things with rules quibbles?
Shame (bane) on you.

I can't seem to figure out grenade launchers.
I like shouting "bloop!" when they go off, but have yet to do anything at all with them.
I have eight and am ashamed of them.

@BANE fairly sure it does, although haven't checked yet! I'm sure someone will presently...

@Ruffian they're ok in large numbers. Frags are good ish against bunched up troops. And S6 isn't to be sneezed at against vehicles. Really they're what I take when I can't afford plasma but need more range than a melta. They're not great but are passable and in my experience flexible enough and better enough than a lasgun to justify 5points.

Any unit within 6"s and the FAQ doesn't refine it to BA only.
Psychic powers generally ignore all the 6.1 restrictions, the only wargear that hasn't been nerfed is the KFF which still allows "friendly"s unfortunately convenience are classed enemys and they have no battle brothers so in effect all wargear I can think of has been restricted..
guard (needing all the help they can :roll: ) are best friends with everyone (facistly smurflike)and bestest bestest friends can share psychic powers (which are not nerfed....apart from if your tzeentch)

That's not tank heavy, you've taken more tanks in lower brackets.. its just back to mech vets due to sws suicide. If pcs is bs 3 should take those grenade launchers not melta,(heck plas, how are they protected by the blob and able to get around it to get in double dice range)
