My thoughts are imp guard with additional doctrines.

Broodlord + retinue hq.
Apostate cardinal (magus) hq.

Genestealers elite.
(Possibly) lictors elite.

Gaunts (hybrids) troops.

Lots of the doctrines are appropriate, morale/ws boosters or even light infantry.

Possibly ibram guant could make an interesting "special character" if you substitute "tanith imperial guard" for bog standards.

im already using IG/WH for a lot of my planned forces, so i wanted something completly different.
so far the list is:
Magus
Brood Brothers
Anti-tank squad
Hybrids
Genestealers
