Hi there, your list seems quite balanced, with lots of bodies and a range of weapons capable of doing many jobs.
But given the flexibility of the codex, your list seems quite unadventurous, don't take this as criticism, as i love my footsloggers.
Who/ what is your list tailored to fight?

I might forget something crucial, but:
Why do you use a vox for both your command squads?
Both command squads use a junior officer, having a leadership 8, so what is the use of having both squads with a vox, since they have the same leadership.
And only one of the infantry squads (who would benefit from the vox), do have one.
So at least one of the command squad has a useless vox, unless you did it in case one gets blown to pieces.

So imo, drop all those vox thingies, freeing up 15 points.
You can use those to give that infantry squad a veteran sergeant, who has the same leadership as the junior officers (and an extra attack)
Then you still have 10 points free, wich can be used as you like.

greetings,

some quick tips:

take some Doctrines: Close Order Drill, Iron Discipline and Sharpshooters are good and cheap too.

drop the Voxes: Veteran Sgts give you the same Ld as a JO, Close Order Drill actually makes them better than that too.

personally, i would try to not take a HQ Command Squad (unless you actually want to take some of the support squads with it). they cant benefit from COD (unlike the Troops Command Squads) and they are a bit of a point sink. they could also be pretty redundant, as the force is so small, and doesnt need them for Ld anyway. fluff wise they dont really make much sense in a Patrol either - so there is a good argument for you being allowed to ignore the "1" requirement attached to them.

hope that helps :)
