So long as your opponents are OK with using that obsolete list, you should be fine. Just remember that in pickup games you might have trouble - the USF list is no longer legal, you should be using the new Codex: Eldar to create an equivalent list.

You might find that having half your army in reserve at the start is going to cause you some trouble though. Unless you can get that wraithgate deployed early on and get the other guardian unit out you'll be at a severe disadvantage. Personally I'd use Codex: Eldar and take a couple of squads of Dire Avengers - as good as, if not better than, Black Guardians, and you get to put them all down at the start of the game.
