how would you kit a necron lord at 1500pts here was my idea:

Warscythe
phase shifter
nightmare shroud
Phylactery
Gaze of flame

not sure if this is really points effective but should be a beast in combat

If I`m using a Lord, I more often than not take two, one on foot and one on a Destroyer body with a Warscythe and Phase shifter. Give them both a Ressurection orb, I generally give one of them a Veil of darkness too - very nice.
The Lord on foot will be given Lightning field and Gaze of flame.
