Its a little outside my preferred zone, but I'll wodge a load of building blocks together and you can see how you like them.
Since its outside my realm I welcome other peeps stepping up and telling me why stuff doesn't work at this bracket. (sending out batsignal to LATD and Daboss et al who play comp at this level)Fair amount of counts as, but because I haven't included any plas, flamers or tacticals etc it should stay fairly clear.

Fairly normal for mephy, he can't join them so they encircle him providing him with cover... the libby grants cover and more attacks to whatever is necessary..Mephy goes for elites, assault squads for hordes.etctec In this points brackets you have to expect some anti phalanxy templates to be around watch your spacing.

First tricky not too sure bit.. The priest is turboing forwards with the MM attack bikes to grant
FNP to the assault marines(+FC but remember they will have assault moved) , he's going to break off from the 6 wounds of anti tank and join the assault marines killing stuff because bikes don't win close combats!!
Corbulo (105) + sniper scouts (with mystical tree shrub of cover,counts as camo cloaks) (106) grant the 2+ when going to ground over to corbulo too.. Sits beside a dev squad of 4 missiles (from listed as tacticals)and sarge bumps

These guys are his back base holders.. the magic of a single reroll at any point the gods dislike, scoring base holder and 8 missile like shots from cover that have
FNP and FC if someone gets too close (protect the scouts..) Think about fire lanes and cover when putting them down, also think about keeping loose coherancy (to avoid template death) and who will get removed,Something like a Y shape might be good (with the scouts as the drop the missiles being the horns..good fire lanes fairly easy to space) On a bigger table these could be in for a real boring tea break.. if its a giant table consider dropping them.

This is going to hurt anything it hits..optional extra a cheap elite chaplin for reroll to hit and to wounds would be nice..I guess. Get them there..into the heart then don't care about rage..
LR helps with covering advance of other guys.
A (discounted) Landraider crusader (MM+EA)(240) with 10 assault marines who've left behind their back packs (=tactical marines) with 2 flaming weapons that "melt ya"counts as ...get it? A fist any which way you can(bluetack on a termie one if you have to) .235 with a priest (tycho) infernus pistol (65)

These are your support assault unit (helping when really needed the death company and flying guys.. the tycho priest should never voluntarily disembark..his aura coming from the landraider is a big fat bubble helping your assault wings advance if untrustworthy teen bike priest fails something (the libby from the mephy squad is also helping your landraiders be invisible for some quid pro quo)..He has the inferno pistol for that ridiculous game changing long shot movie moment when everything else is fubar (not before).
The 2 landraiders provide a rolling wall of cover for your smaller stuff whilst you get across the table..careful not to block off your own dev squad that are weakening light armour and gun emplacments (/basilisks must die) as your move up.
Right where does that leave us..2411 (589 left) 1 heavy slot left,2 troops left 2 fast+biker priest corbulo and admin priest in LR count as 1 elites slot so you have 2 slots left in elites...(God damn BA and guard codexs)5 more assault marines who don't have jump packs (tacticals)"metaring" flamer in a rhino- 125 cheap midfield base holder.. remember rhinos are fast, try not to let them get out or draw too much attention, if required can go back and assist base or assualt (you know football midfielders do all the work)

Baal and 2 landspeeders MM (+HF!!! it fires flamey bullets) for distratcion stuff.. baal first turn zooming up can get at weak side armour (I'm not sold on sponsons but the internet currently appears to disagree) so145 and 140 (they
DS as a squad to take out a landraider/ a big mighty totem thing where ever you look weak/need a presence, 2 heavy flamers into a bunch of clustered cover hugging peoples can kill off 30 odd if there aren't any super vehicles around..

b) Pred with lascannon sponsons and autocannon turret + a few HK missiles on some stuff and combi melta things on some of your assault
ICs.
c) Heavy dread MM and fist in a pod (deathwind launcher) (use a plant pot or (specially marked) beer tin..this would turn up turn one to scalp a fool (and block advances as they'd have to go around it) and its a whirlwind after that.. +1 infernus pistol on the libby or someone.
