Uplifting Primer

Postby Spack » Thu Nov 22, 2007 7:57 pm

Black Library has released the new edition of the highly sougth after Imperial Infantryman's Uplifting Primer, and I got my grubby hands on it today :D

It's slightly different to the original version (shown on the left above); very dark blue cover instead of black, silver lettering rather than bronze, blue pages for the benedictions section, and of course the extra 12 page section on the tau. I haven't had chance to compare them in detail, so I don't know if there are any other changes (other than the edition details page, obviously).

If you're in the UK and haven't bought it yet, BookFellas are doing free delivery on all orders and there's an extra 10% off available too, just use this link: http://www.bookfellas.co.uk/scripts/bro ... source=P78 (valid until 20 Dec, I'll update the link with a new offer code when I know what it is) and when you add it to your basket it'll be £9.07 (at the time of writing) which is cheaper than Amazon.co.uk (£9.95 inc postage) or Play.com (£9.49). :D

Just got hold of a 2003 copy from Abebooks for £6. :D
Can't wait to get both here, as I very much enjoyed reading through the Munitorum manual.
Thanks for the reminder
