GW had a custodes army in the glass cases if you walk into the shop at WHW they have a few strange arbite and custodes armys in wall recesses (or at least they did last time I looked)
I'm glad I'm not the only one going WTF were the custodes maybe timewizard or adrian G could asked the posters whilst conveying our thanks for such a good read?

Heres my one from a distance

I had some scale pics with marines in but I think i deleted them for space :O

I(well actually MR6 who is registered here) used a variation of lackofabettername from warseers template, he has a yahoo group with them or you can find them elsewhere if you see 2 we used DIY_Warhound_Titan_Plans___Templates.pdf I think
BTW mods may remove this

@KMB - a fine looking titan you have there :D

I have various plans (not sure that they are the same as yours, the finished product looks a little different I think?) and a few related questions for you, if you don't mind...

1. What did you use for the joints (SCH 40 PVC pipes or something else?)
2. What did you use for the rivets (thinly sliced greenstuff / sprue or something else?)
3. What did you use for the pistons / struts around the ankle / kness etc... (plasticard rods, what sized diameter?)
4. Any problems with balancing the model - titans look very top heavy?
5. Did you use foamcore / plasticard and what thickness or something else to build?

If you get the mods to split the thread and start one on praising the scratch builds of mr6 he might come and impart some knowledge..
I know a key feature was weight and so he used balsa wood as a main component, backed up by rods and stuff to take the weight.. he then threw in loads of cheap bits and bobs to get the nice effects (e.g. the plasma blast guns nipples are 2 bic pens that run throughout the length of the gun helping the structure.
He's a clever guy but if you can convince him to post here you know how to massage his ego better than i do.

They were in the museum when I went a few years ago. I've got pics of them:

starting on this photo, and for the next 11.

GW did one Custodes model back in the RT era days. The Custodes are the Emperor's personal bodyguard, so unlikely to be turning up on a battlefield hence no rules or current models. Who knows what will happen in the future ...

I asked over on DakkaDakka about the custodes. A guy named AgeOfEgos replied with the following;

"Thanks for all the compliments everyone. Was definitely fun to setup the table and line up our toys. Narratives/story/scenario always makes the game more enjoyable...and nothing beats the feeling of seeing completed armies on the table. Cityfight has always captured the 40k theme for me more than other tables...so we've slowly added to it. We like the idea of Stalingrad in the 41st era!

I cannot take credit for the sculpting of the Custodes, only the painting. The Custodes were sculpted by Grytz from Grytz Minis (Poland sculpter, what the hell do they put in the water over there?). Great guy, great artist and good to work with. Highly, highly recommended. The rules for the Custodes are pretty strong but they are cost prohibitive (and erratic). They have a rule where if they are not engaged in HTH at the start of your turn you roll a dice; On a 1 they vanish. This is meant to represent the mysterious side of the Custodes and the fact that they work outside of any normal command.

Thanks again, our next report will be fantasy instead of 40k."

Double home run! Not only did we get some more info of the Custodes, but the fantasy players here have something to look forward to! I'll be watching dakka for the fantasy batrep.
