"Assault on Black Reach"- This place doesn't appear to have, amazon doesn't, GW doesn't.
Your looking for indie shops that forgot to sell them, ebay, or some charitable person at home.

But the super bargainous of it (which someone may or may not be steering you towards) is less than it was.. when people were snapping them up they were around £33 ish with retailers discounts for complete set.
they sold out repeatedly because people were anxious to take up the hobby..GW hated people taking up the hobby ( )and therefore basically doubled the price on its next release if you get a 40k starter set its around £60 after discounts.
You can buy it stil sealed off ebay -- but a quick flitter showed lots of $180 and other horrible "s'not a hobby its an investment" weasels.
Just buy the ork bits seperately off ebay..Orks are unpopular at the mo so entire armies are going for a song..
e.g. (nothing to do with me)
4 Trukks currently £11

Biggish army- currently £40
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Warhammer-40- ... 5890072%26
Barely even lurking..

This is a store I usually order from over here, and he seems to have the bits you're looking for.

I don't know about overseas shipping but if you send them an email I'm sure they'll do whatever they can.
