Mould lines. :(
(As I have said in the past, I would consider paying double for mould-line-free models...)

mold lines, lines where the mold fit together, spots where the pieces were attached to the sprue, oh, and mold lines. Tiny mold lines in difficult to reach spaces. Finding said mold lines after priming, or worse, after painting and then having to go back and remove them again.

I hate painting.
I suck at it, people think worse of me for my crap paint. I'll invest ages in something that looks crap and it can counter any spark of imagination i've managed to get through scratchbuilding/ carving and greenstuff.
I do paint.. but I hate doing it..
If any one wants to trade models de molded for models painted as a quid pro quo service.. I'm all ears.

Heh at the rate I paint models, I would earn about 2 de-moulded arms a year. :P

i hate not being able to justify to my wife that a Titan Legio is worth the cash.......and also mould lines etc, on FW models its even more of a pain!

ah also, when you scrub a FW model...then primer it an the primer doesnt stick and you dont realise until your putting the main coat on....pain!

I recently got a model from heresy and was quite impressed with the minimal amount of mould lines..

I must admit that I avoid FW as much as possible due to my dislike for working with Resin. I have only 1 FW model in active service (Renegade Psyker representing my "counts as" Epidemius) and 3 more waiting to be built (Tallarn Snipers, originally to count as Ratlings). If they were plastic or even metal, I would own far more...

Did I mention metal models? Hate them too. I have a few minor injuries resulting from pinning metal models. Learned the hard way. Glued and painted a metal mini. Put it in play on the table. If fell off a piece of scenery and lost an arm. Now it had to be re-assembled, and touched up! Now I pin first, but I still don't like it.

definately mould lines, however the thing i hate the worst, is buying second hand models and some jackass has put them together with so much poly-cement glue and paint that they are just useless junk blobs. one thing ive learned, never buy used models off ebay.

Pinning. Loathe it. I have recently collected a Warmachine force - and the models are really simple. However, all their leg poses are the same. That's anathema to me - i hate boring poses! I therefore decided to pile rocks on bases and have warjacks running up boulders, stepping onto rocks etc. That meant a lot of careful cutting, and then, considering the weight of a Khadoran 'jacks upper torso an awful lot of pinning, with only a pin vice to do the job. My hands were raw afterwards and after a week of constant pinning work I had blisters on my blisters. Sucks.

Cleaning mold lines, painting and repairing things.
Cleaning mold lines, painting and repairing things.
Falling out of the loft hatch. Gradually eroding knees.
Cleaning mold lines, painting and repairing things.
Cleaning mold lines, painting and repairing things.
Who dropped that pizza? Now the snow's gone red.

But wait a minute. what's that?
The postman? Oh joy...soon I will be...
Cleaning mold lines, painting and repairing things.

...repeat endlessly........................................................

From a bottle of Sham-poo; lather, rinse, repeat.
From a day of real-poo, clean mold lines, pin, glue, prime, paint, repeat.
