Chaos Lord with twin claws

Anyone got a suggestion o what i could use as a Chaos Lord with twin claws, tried to convert the jump lord ( only one with twin claws ) tonight and made a complete mess of it

would it be wrong to use shrke form the SM codex ??????

What about using possessed arms, some of them look very cool as lightning claw substitutes.

I probably didnt explain very well.............

the jump packlord has twin claws the issue is that his legs are tangled into the jump pack harness and when you cut him off at the knees the legs look rubbish and one leg is much longer than the other. !!!!!!!!!!

so was looking for an alternative with legs

hmm sry mate im still confused?

Ill give it a try, y dont you cut him off at the waist, stick on some normal CSM legs and green stuff the gap and decorate him with bits?

so instead of jumping hes stood there?

I would build my own if I couldn't find a suitable model already. Using berserker legs, as they have more dynamic movement in them, A champions torso, so it has the loin cloth over the legs, an assault marines jump pack with some spiky bits on it, and some possessed arms for the lightning claws. Then add in whatever trophies came to hand from the bits box.

The only other thing I can think of is the raptor champion, cut his arms off, as he's a well posed model.

I once made a Chaos Lord with lightning claws, for the left arm I used the Chaos power fist but added 3 of the knives from the Chaos Space Marines sprue. For the right arm I used an Ork arm with 2 of the old Tank ram spikes stuck on the end. Both arms where then wrapped in chain making them look huge! I might try digging him out, or at least his parts. If I find him I will post a pic. Damn, I wanna make him now! :roll:
