My new contemptor has turned up today finally. But its not got any assembly instruction. It looks faily simple to put together but is there an easy way of doing it? Also why does it come with what looks like four identical feet? At £50 a go i really dont want to balls it up. Cheers guys.

Sorry looked around and no one has scanned them, just a few similar threads in bols lounge etc where folks say it didn't turn up with any and they needed to ring to get them sent out..

BTW its a newer beta rule set with the sexy conversion beamer isn't it? I remember disliking it when it first came out but5" template ap1 makes me want one now :D

Will keep scanning webs :D

It was the model that grabbed my attension to be honest. I plan to use it as a normal venerablr dread for my templars army but the rules for it do look very cool so ill proberly try them out down the club. Its my first time with a forge world model and its a bit over whelming to start with. So many options. Arrggghhh. What to do!!! lol

Im thinking of posing him like the comander cullen model if that makes sense. With the bent knee and outstreched leg. "Trying" being the oprative word.

Looking at the feet the L2 and R2 pieces have the "toe" plates closer together, which suggests they're intended to be used if the L or R leg is behind the body so that the toes are squished up a bit to look more like it's walking.

Ahhh yeah i see. Never mind ive done him now although he is standing up quite straight but on the plus side he now looks even bigger. Once i got going it was really quite easy. I was just afraid of forking out money on what is easily the most expensive model in my army only to bugger it up(which i do have a tendency of doing.) Anyway thanks for the help guys.

You have washed all the resin properly haven't you? And magnetising the arms is a must, so you can add more weapons when you feel like it!

I already want another. I was pretty pleased with my normal dread but now it looks a bit silly compared To this guy. Contemptor all the way now. Just won't be telling the wife how much they cost. She already thinks I spend to much on "little men".
