deffcopter gunship

Postby General_Lee » Sat Apr 18, 2009 6:13 pm

as an ork player I'm thinking about building a bigger deffcopter with troop capacity and more dakka. probably based on a bell 212 or a chinook.
just wondering if anyone has any idea what sort of rules i could use for it. the project just has a logical progression for a mek. that worked now how can i make it bigger & faster with more guns. any advice would be welcomed

I would suggest that you make an Orky version of a Valkyrie. I think that the Fast Skimmer rules really help with the feel of a helicopter based rapid insertion vehicle.

I've always thought that "Chinork" sounded spot on for a flying transport.
