hi all i was shopping on GW last nite and i relised there seemed 2 be 2 sub races grot and gretchin.soooooooo
wats the differntce??????????????????????? :?

I thought they were the same thing. Grot is a "nickname" for gretchin.

From what I remember from all the fluff, the term grot only came in after Gorkamorka. Until then they where called gretchin.
When you wish upon a star, your dreams can come true.
Unless it's a meteorite falling to Earth, which will destroy all life, then you're pretty much hosed no matter what you wish for.
Unless it's death by meteorite.

I always assumed that gretchin was a pluralisation of grot ...

I'm sure it helps that Lily this morning declared that the collective noun for a table full of fried breakfasts was "a radish of breakfasts"
Whilst Dylan did a count down from 5 along to numberjacks "Bo,Bo, Bo , Bo ....Bo..BO!!" That fella has got to learn some words.
I also would seek a radish of grots and or gretchi, groteium, grotisuque grotierem :lol:

Numberjacks is just the thin end of the wedge where bizarre kids shows are concerned. I love the idea of a radish of cooked breakfasts!
I thought Grots was the collective name for anything smaller than an Ork while still green. where Gretchin were the 40k goblin equivilent.
