We do have horses in America but they were not native to this hemisphere. The Spanish brought them over.

I personally don't have a horse by we have 2 donkeys. Their names are Pete and Repeat. They are the ranch alarm system and keep dogs and coyotes from messing with the cattle.

Ok I agree that the world is in a growth slow down (apart from Dubai) but I honestly cant escape the idea that most companys take advantage and put prices up/cut amount you get for your money.

So GW claiming the economy slow down is currently bo**ocks, It will happen soon, but already?!?

Also its funny how when the UK has been having the best growth ever for about 10yrs, GW prices still managed to rise?

Whilst agreeing with your sentiment the hivemind has found your example to be breachable by a fluffy bunny stuck on the end of a bendy pole (tin cans aren't made from tin they are tin coated (or veneered or tin plated) steel using very little tin )

It's interesting that they are increasing the price of the metal models but not the plastics, considering that the raw material prices for plastics are increasing in cost at a much higher rate than the cost of metals.

It isn't the cost of metals that was just the excuse. Over on Warseer I pointed out that if tin goes up 200% that means an increase of 90 cents for a $30 box. Actually that is overestimated because tin is only 85% of white metal.

The true cost is in shipping. Pick up a box of Grey Knight Terminators. Then pick up a box of Chaos Terminators. It costs GW more to ship the former so they are raising prices on those to make up for the fuel surcharge (and bunker since those are all made in the UK now as Memphis just does plastic).
