I can't really answer your first question. But the second..

Radical Inquisitors use Deamons and Demonic artifacts. They believe in using Choas against itself, fighting fire with fire so to speak. But they are often on the verge of being excomunicated.

Puritan Iquisitors do not. They will do everything in their power to purge chaos in all its forms. Including Radical Inquisitors.

For question 1, I'd suggest looking up the combat patrol rules/restrictions - They can be downloaded from here. Just a hint thought - don't allow it to be completely broken, and except for the change in HQ and Troops, use the normal FOC.

For question 2 - Radical and Puritanical Inquisitors are not purely chaos. Puritanical is very much obeying the letter of the law - the touch of the alien is wrong, even considering contacting or getting involved with psykers/chaos/aliens/heretics/whatever is wrong and those who do so, even unintentionally, should be purged and destroyed. These are typically the youngest and newest inquisitors.

Radicals are more relaxed in their outlook - they tend to have no problem using something against itself - so daemon weapons against daemons, alien technology, starting their own cults to subvert and then catch and kill heretics, and other such nefarious deeds. They tend to be the older, more experienced inquisitors, who have seen far too much. Have a read of the Eisenhorn trilogy for an example of an Ordos Xenos inquisitor who slowly falls from grace, where he was once a puritan, he slowly began to use chaos against the enemies of the Imperium, until his use became more and more overt, and other inquisitors start to hunt him down.

Also, there are no such thing as "normal" inquisitors. The benefits of being able to pretty much command as much of the Imperium's resources as you need at any one time is that you can do and act pretty much however you want. They can all be pretty much Bunny Ear Lawyers as much as they want.

Yeah, thats a more expanded explination of what I said, lol. I never said they were chaos. Just that they use chaos artifacts, with the consiquence of being mistrusted and hunted themselves.

Gray Knights are not actually Inquisitors themselves. Nor are they under the control of the Inquisition. They are an independant space marine chapter who specialise in hunting and destroying chaos. They are very closely allied with the Inquisition because they have similar aims and goals.
