Ah right, so you have the list already but want to know how best to use it? Have you played using the list before?

OK, well I don't know anything about BAs (not read their latest codex) but in general:

1. Keep together. Don't spread out too much as your force is a small one and needs to stay compact. If you spread out you do not have the numbers to take things on with any kind of concentrated attack and will be vulnerable in return.
2. Concentrate on your targets. That means try and have multiple units supporting each other when attacking. Make sure you cripple or wipe out enemy units. Don't spread your fire/assaults so that you are doing minor damage to many units.
3. Remember to protect your scoring units - don't throw them away. Keep them safe.

The same thing still applies with your force if that's what you are using. Make them work as a whole and not as individual elements.

You're going from 600 point games to a 5000 point apocalypse event?
Good luck and please make sure to let us know how it went for you!

What I'll say about this: GW store apoc games tend to feature tanks and not much else. As your force is quite small, it may all fit under a large apoc blast marker and be killed in the first turn without doing anything. Spread your troops out a bit to try and avoid an early bath.
GW store apoc games are the worst example of apoc. The organisation is limited to 'goodies this side, baddies that side'. I'd set your own objective such as destroy a particular baneblade or commander, or possibly hide and swoop in at the last moment to claim an objective.
