It seems a fair assessment of opinion that OT transports for Dark Eldar are balanced items.

If you gave Eldar an OT transport, would it unbalance the list?
Banshees or Harlies in open tops seem a bit scary, but no more so than some of the DE units.

But maybe the combo of open tops and waveserpents would be too much, dunno.

yes, the Storm (see p75 of the codex for the rules and artword - we are still waiting for the official model though).

I've played against an eldar player (banshee and harly swarm) who initially believed he could do the dark eldar swivel zoom disembark run jobby.. I've got to say it was too much.. and with the upgrades the actuall +1 on the table really doesn't do much. (also the pain of emergancy dismbarkation is less for OT).. SO nope I'd say it would get more unbalanced like that
The landspeeder storm really is a strange one..,OT, lower BS. But it has the scout move (so 24" before the game) but due to scouts rules and scouting rules.. moving scouts round isn't all that special..If i were a tactical genius I'd use it for distraction and confusion tactics (it messes up DS) but thats so opponent reliant I figure really its just a nice conversion oppurtunity rather than anything else (2 heavy bolters on a landspeeder is list wise where its at )
