Yes you can autopass...if the other criteria are met.. so you have chosen to make a tactical retreat from combat or shooting, In combat we've got (*most boring thread award*) the maths thats shows you will be chased off more likely than not.. and if its shooting..I now just need to turbo boost a skimmer or bike over to babysit your squad off the table (earning its points back very quickly)..it gets around the under50% it doesn't get around the 6" enemies rule..it also doesn't get around coherancy although I don't see that being a problem.(whn you have control of when the situation arises).
They are immune to being swept.. but by the end of all the silly stages of atsknf..you do end up having to take saves that could wipe out the remainder of the squad (which is why not having to take many (stubborn) is a good way to tarpit )
