They either seem to be very slow or everyone is ordering from Forgeworld, I ordered my renegade militia arms on 6.11.6 and it didnt arrive till 4.12.6, how crap is that!!!

The arms didn't get released till the 27th Nov, same as the new DK stuff, that's why it took so long. When I rang last week they had a massive backlog of pre-orders to deal with for the DK and chaos militia arms, and they were having to cast up more than they'd originally planned for.

unfortunatley my Grenadiers have yet to ship out, if they dont ship out next week it looks like I wont get mine until the second week of January =(

Hopefully FW will get a DKoK HQ command squad out soon, and get those Leman Russes on preorder

I asked about assault weapons (plasma, melta) and Command squads when I rang a few weeks ago, likely not for a while yet. Assault weapons don't even have WIPs, and for a command squad there are only the standing, the unreleased sgt (middle of the WIP squad at GD UK with laspistol and sword), and existing Advancing/Firing models.

As to the tanks, I'm very tempted to get some of the turrets, not sure about the hulls yet.

yeah that pretty much sounds like what they told me on the phone when I called about my order, mainly that we would have to wait awhile before the line was finished, although they did say that they would be unveiling more stuff before xmas.

I just want my 4 grenadier squads to get here already

I think the mars alpha pattern one looks awesome, whats everybody elses thoughts on that?

I don't have any existing Mars hulls, so I haven't seen them up close, but they do look nice being a little longer and having the angled front. I think I might get a mixture of tank parts.

I personally am starting to hate forge world. how dare they produce so much stonking high quality stuff!
i would love to be in the position where i could order the stuff they are churning out at the mo. the DK stuff is phenomenal, i have only managed to grab one advancing squad so far, i would murder to be able to purchase the rest!

The Mars Alpha hull is very, very nice. I've got one as a standard Russ and one for the Demolisher. The Demolisher will have double wheels and 1/35th Tiger II tracks to give it that true heavy weight look. Makes it a bigger ordnance target, but it looks so very good.
