ebay, couple of good American sellers as well.

eBay is a good place. Just type in the bits you want, or 'army name' bits / bitz and it'll bring a lot of sellers.

The US is getting harder to get spares from, largely due to GW policies prohibiting the bigger guys selling bits any more... There's a few in the UK that you can go to.
