Copy of Events email below (army builder lists are permitted):

Hello!

Thanks for registering with us for this year’s Throne of Skulls Grand Tournament. With the weekend fast approaching there’s a few things we need to make you aware of so that you can have a fantastic weekend of gaming here in Warhammer World.

House Rules Document:
Due to the way we now deal with rules queries that come in before the event, there is currently no House Rules Document available for this weekend. While we have left last year’s in place for reference purposes, the referees will have the final say over any ruling that needs to be made. If you have any further queries, please direct them towards the Referees on the day or check out the official errata found here: http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/conte ... 1&section=

Army Lists:
Please find enclosed a copies of either the electronic or handwritten formats that we would like the lists to be submitted in. Please bear in mind that it is a condition of entry that Army lists are legible and presented in the formats we ask for in the Rules of Engagement document. The only exception we allow is Army Builder, on the strict understanding that it’s not to be taken as 100% accurate, and must be checked by the owner prior to submission to the Referees.

Friday Activities:
For those of you planning on travelling down on the Friday, please be advised of the following information:
- The Warhammer World gaming Hall will be closed from 6.00pm onwards to the general public.
- If you were planning on using the gaming hall for some social gaming during the day, there will be limited access to tables as our logistics team get set up for the weekend’s gaming event. Please bear in mind that this will be due to the fact that we need to limit customer access to the gaming area while we are moving materials around the hall.

Saturday Morning Breakfast Service:
Bugmans are proud to announce the introduction of their breakfast menu for gamers wishing to get a serious start to the weekend. There’s a copy of their menu and price list included in this email so that you can see what’s on offer; this will be served in the restaurant during registration.

Lost/Replacement Tickets:
We will have a separate area set up in the Gaming Hall for those of you who have been asked to pick up tickets directly from us on the door. Please bring a copy of your order reference number with you so we can confirm your place at the event. Once you have picked up your ticket, please join the main Registration queue as normal.

Guests and Supporters:
Warhammer World is a public access venue and as such, we positively encourage guests to attend and enjoy the facilities we have to offer. Please bear in mind that the weekend will be busy, there may not be enough space at the tables for permanent bystanders to observe your games, and that some players may find it a distraction to have anyone not involved in the game at the table. Please respect your opponent’s wishes in this matter, as well as our need to have clear access to the tables for the referees and in case we need to evacuate. If your guests would like to eat with you during the meal breaks, they are more than welcome to do so by purchasing a meal voucher Bugmans Bar for redemption in the restaurant.

Saturday Evening Activity:
Players and their guests are more than welcome to make use of the Gaming Hall for some informal gaming in the evening until 10.30pm. Bugmans will also be running some activities to keep players entertained and amused during their time with us. The bar will be open until 11.00pm.

Menu for the Weekend:
Saturday Morning: Tea, Coffee and Doughnuts in Bugmans. Optional Breakfast menu available in the restaurant.
Saturday Lunch: Meatballs in tomato sauce, Cajun Pork Escalope, Chocolate Sponge
Saturday Evening: Sweet and Sour Pork balls, Southern Fried Chicken
Sunday Morning: Tea and Coffee in Bugmans
Sunday Lunch: Roast leg of lamb, Sausage Lyonnaise, Apple crumble.

We will also have a Vegetarian option for the non-carnivorous. If you have any special dietary requirements, we would be grateful if you let us know at Registration so that we can cater to your needs.

Final Words:
Thanks again for attending this year’s Throne of Skulls Grand Tournament; it promises to be an exciting weekend all round as we start down the road to finding the overall champion for the 2009-10 season. Best of luck and see you there.
