I just have to put a bit of static grass on my Broadside and Ethereal's bases tomorrow then I'm done. I'll post pictures once they are dry.

May hasn't been half as productive as I would of liked (I blame my erratic shift patterns sapping my willpower) and also BA has proved a distraction lol

Cool I'll look forward to it. I may have a stand in to take your place in this event. If it's ok with everyone else I'll let him just make 500 point list (as if he painted it last month) then he can join in at the same level as everyone else. I still need to find out if he's serious about wanting to join in, but let me know your thoughts.

I totally failed, not a single thing painted to finish. I think I have a serial resin/plastic crack problem because I ended up buying more models! Anyways May is a write off, for June I am aiming small this time, 10 man scions squad and if I can fit it in, a scions command squad.

Quick update, Finished priming and applied varnish to dry, have took a picture but really can't tell in it. Tomorrow I plan to apply the base coats.

My list for month two of the challenge will be.

Image

Pathfinder squad (10) 3 rail rifles, Shas'ui. 165

Pathfinder squad (10) 3 Ion rifles, Shas'ui. 150

XV104 Riptide Ion accelerator. 185

That's 500 points dead.

I have more ready for paint namely one more kroot squad and 12 marker drones. But I might not get time to do more than the base amount this month it's a busy one for me (except of course the squads drones that are pictured above).

Slight brake for a few days as I've hit bit of a brick wall. Seams that chipping solution doesn't play well with metal. Going to be painting 2nd edition Space Marines instead.
