Warhound Titans

Postby markb » Thu Mar 17, 2011 6:49 pm

I have just successfully convinced the wife to buy me a Warhound for my birthday! :D . The question is though do I go for the Mars or Lucius pattern as I can't decide between them. Also what weapons would you recommend for general kiiliness? Having never used one or really read the rules any advice would be appreciated.

my choices would be
Mars
vulkan mega bolter
turbo laser

edit - sorry misread your post. the vulkan mega bolter isnt the most killy thing (does well against troops tho) I just listed it because I love the look of it.. Id probably go with the turbo laser/plasma combo for killiness

For me the Mars - So much nicer with the rounded plates rather than the boxy ones on the Lucius. Turbolaser one of the best weapons, then the plasma destroyer as those two giant plasma templates are just funny! ;-)

Agreed. Herne has it right for me. Or if not just two twin turbo lasers. Nasty!!

Thanks lads. I like the big 80s shoulder pads on the Lucius but the Mars pattern has got a better head. Looks like it'll be a Mars pattern with the turbo laser and plasma destroyer then.
