Just saw this on BoLS today, if true, Leman Russes are going to get a lot better.

Take if for what it's worth.

Leman Russ tanks of all variants should be available in the new codex. (allegedly) As they should have been to start with, including another variant, which you will see (possibly) if you look through the Apoc formations in the Apoc RB.

I'm not so sure that the Doctrines need to be expanded, more like pruned and/or removed completely.
My opinion of course
