Re: Grey Knights FAQ available

Dreadknight Doomfist ruling - it's RaW, but I can see a lot of GK players being unhappy that their giant exoskeletons with giant power fists are weaker than a marine in power armour with a powerfist.

Falchions are clarified that the +1 attack in the description is because it's a pair, and is not cumulative with the +1 for having 2 single handed weapons (because the model doesn't have two single handed weapons, it has a single weapon system that happens to be a pair of weapons ... )

The rest are pretty much common sense, so overall not a bad FAQ.

Yeah, I was surprised by the Doomfist, also the Scout Shunting slightly surprised me.

The Main Rulebook FAQ has also been updated.

Just noticed that too TW. I'm also checking a few of the others too.

No more using the same psychic power twice unless explicitly allowed by the model/unit, and a few other clarifications in bright purple.

Yes, also settled a huge argument that was raging on dakka about being able to allocate failed dangerous terrain test wounds on different models in the unit.

Yeah, never could understand why people thought they could do that as the rulebook states that the model takes a wound, not the unit ...

Rending clarification makes Vindicares even nastier too, with a possible penetration roll of 36 with a turbo-penetrator round!

If you've a spare hour or so to wade through the nonsense, the thread is here;

No thanks, I'd rather stick forks in my eyes than read through a protracted nerd rant on Dakka :P

If it makes you feel any better, it wouldn't have been worth the read as well! :wink:
Also, I quite agree with you, but dakka serves a purpose.
I discuss rules here with you lot because it's like a group of friends having a civil debate over a pint in the local pub. 8)
I jump into dakka rules "discussions" because sometimes, it's quite fun to do! :twisted:
