FFG remade this oldschool GW game.

I never did get to play it back then, so thought I'd pick it up. Retailing ffor even mroe than space hulk, its a hefty price tag. I got it for just under £63 including delivery (Nige, hurry up and stock FFG stuff, please?)

There's a reason for this - its about half again as big as space hulk, although not as heavy.

I probably won't get to play it for a while, though, as I'm busy busy busy for now. Rules are available as a free pdf from FFG here

Is that empty filler boxes on the left and right or do they have more stuff in?
I have heard general disgruntled murmerings amount the minis.. but haven't seen them up close.
Most importanly how does the game play..better than spacehulk risk and stratego all rammed together?

Those boxes actually store the minis, cards are terrain pieces.

As I said, I have yet to play it, and won't be able to play it for quite a while.

From the warseer thread, though, it seems to be very well done and rather epic at times.
