So you'd cover it in terrain then claim the tanks weren't actually on the table when deployed in said terrain ;)

No. If all the tanks were right on the table, none would be left. Got it?

Like the poor guy who had the entire left side of his body amputated...

He's all right now!

But how can he be alright when there's nothing left???

Less tanks? I find your lack of faith disturbing!!! :P

I've got about 900 sq ft of decking, so I've got plenty of room to put my 50 odd IG tanks down at once. Muhahaha!

Don't think that would classify as regular game though spack :D

Dice? Check. 40k tanks? Check. More than 1 player? Check.

Seems like a regular game to me :) It's only the gaming that's changed, nothing else. It's something Slate and I have chatted about a few times in the past couple of years, although we were going to go with Apocalypse.

900ft? what the hell are you guys talking about?

that would be ur back garden dan? 100ft x 9ft wide.

but they are both right, they just need a board 4 times the size of the equivalent FoW board.

100ft x 9ft wide is 900 square feet
900feet square is something else (900x900 = 810000 square feet!)

Nige, my decking is about 30ft x 30ft. 30 x 30 = 900!

My entire garden (a decking area, then a play area for the kids, and at the far end a grass area) is about 120ft long by 30ft wide :)
