There are some really nice models there, but, you know what?
The crons on the front of the barges, make me think they should be pedalling like lunatics!!!

I thought so too! But there are no wheels, making it, what, a no-cycle? An un-cycle?
I mean, what's the opposite of a wheelie? A draggie? A floatie?

Nice to see GW keeping their prices in line too!
I mean only $45 for a 5 pack of flayed ones. Nice.

But I'll get the codex anyway at least. Want to see what has changed with WBB and phasew out.
Rumors are that WBB is now 5+ and that phase out has, well, phased out!
Interesting!

Yep I'll be picking up the new 'dex too. I might even get some of the new models... but I'll see what the rules are like first :)

They all look great, but alas are too much to purchase, even with the generous discount available. The codex may be a future purchase.

Nice models. I can see alot of complaints about them being OP. But then what is new with any new codex?

I am disapointed that there isn't a big figure like a dreadnought kind of character. There is the destroyers still I suppose. I notice the Tomb Spiders, Wraiths and Periah seem to have disappeared though.

I do think the Arks look like the Cylon Resurection Ships from Battlestar Galactica, lol.

Don't forget that this only wave 1 of releases. If the rumours are true, then the Triarch Stalker is going to be the "dreadnought" of the necrons - necron driver in a large walker with multiple legs. There are also the Doom Scythe and Night Scythe skimmers, basically a fighter aircraft and a transport aircraft.

Tomb Spyders are apparently in the codex, just no new models yet. Pariahs are gone, but there are plenty of new elite units to replace them, and they didn't really fit anyway. Wraiths also make a comeback, but in a slightly different form. See KMB's post here: viewtopic.php?p=62337#p62337

Some nice models, but I don't like the ark. 'Were done ripping off terminator, lets start on the cylons,' and is it me or is the doomsday ark just the ghost ark with the main body upside down and a biro barrel stuck under it? Never mind - we'll know what the driver will be singing - 'Just one cornettoooooo Give it to meeeeeee!'

The Doomsday Ark and Ghost Ark are a single kit - hence most of the parts are the same.

Probably just the same kit. Might have instructions to re-configure it for the doomsday ark.

Wonder if the 10 Necrons on the ghost ark are included with the kit?

Rhinos and raiders=£20, necron basic transport- £31, They price it in the heavy slot (ravager predator etc) price bracket, because of what you *may* decide to do with the kit.
Some cunning weasel has been let loose.
(it does however mini regen squads and stacking all the living metalstuff it should be a bit more sturdy than other stuff)
Barely even lurking..
