I'm amazed the sisters did so well with that list, i have a friend who uses something similar and although he does well wouldn't dream of a top 10 place with it, so very well done.

Were there any other interesting/surprising armies that did well other than the standard Nob biker, Seer Council, Nidzilla and dual Lash ect people are used to seeing at tourneys these days?

U'll see why he reached such a dizzy height in my Batrep. I played my last game against him. It was over turn 2 when half my army DS and killed itself and Bloodthirster wounded itself, then died to 2 flame hits and three bolter wounds in his next turn.

So at the start of my turn 2 before ( i went 1st), I had a dead Bloodhirster, 1 burning hulk that was an SG (S10 tounge), 5 dead Crushers to the warp, and a bloodletter unit to flamers and bolters.

The game was very entertaining, but I suppose having rode my luck so well in the other games I was half expecting this game to come up at some point. Still Andy was a nice guy and it gav me plenty of time to admire his awsomely painted army.
