Warhammer Imperium. Who’s going to collect it?

So I see there’s going to be a new weekly part works from Hatchette and GW.

80 parts. Loads of Necrons on the zeros side. Primaries, Ad Mech and Sisters for the Imperium of Man. Plus the usual scenery bits.

To be honest. Because I’m rebuilding my army after losing most of it. I’m going to subscribe.

Anyone else thinking of doing so?

I've subscribed. I already have plenty of marines and necrons, but I would never say no to more. This should also prevent me from buying too much more as well outside of this.

Just received an email from Hatchette informing me that they are pleased to bringing Warhammer Imperium in late summer 2021.

WTAF?!?!

Why go live with the subscription sign up if you don’t actually intend to release it for another four or five months?

They always run a trial to see how it fairs, so now are going to print. I subscribed, just waiting now until the Summer. Conquest was good!

I’m a bit miffed it was the trial and we’re now going to have to wait possibly another five months. Early wanted to start collecting it now.

What is this pile of shame you talk off? I do have a 'collection' Warhammer at various stages.

So I see the Hatchette have released the start date for this collection.

25th August.

From what I understand. Issue 1 will be released with issue 2 following two weeks later. The magazine will be weekly from there.

Not sure how this staggered first release will impact the arrival of the subscription.

It probably gives them space to deal with surge, although Hachette has realised the Gold Mine 40k is.

First two magazines arrive today. They still haven’t taken payment though.

My online Hatchette account says the next delivery will be processed on 24th September.

Has anyone else received an email from Hachette advising that delivery of the latest issues will be delayed due to high demand and they are having to reprint some?
