Quick Q:

When you upgrade TH & SS termies with SB and Apocathry upgrade do they lose the original wpns?

Nope. The banner & narcathium are on top of all their other equipment which can be changed as you like.

with my DW army im looking at having a libby with termie sq. I need to buy another termie sq then i thought about the new GK termies (i want the apocathary arm!).

If i use these guys and dress them up a bit to DA DW, would they look good? They were meant to be the libbys bodyguard essentially so i was going to paint them with blue on as well to represent this, thoughts?

Erm, not fantastic, .His powers do suck. Only reason to take him is primarily footslog needing that giant old fashioned anywhere on the table psychic hood,BUT ITS ONLY LEADERSHIP 9. but getting the TDA libby 145 (150 if you drop stormbolter to a combimelta) Personally I'd go with a dreadnought or chaplin instead I think(but thats after internet brainwashing).

I think a lot of termie players are doing that.. Other wise you have to use a missile pack a chain fist apothecary back pack and some other bits and bobs..(I'm cheap I'm not but I see why people are)

You'll need to ask a fluffnutter (LH) about that, I'd be fine with squad markings designating who they are.. but if your going for super pure deathwing..isn't their entire uniform of yellowy white THE emblem of their hardy sacrifice..IIRC the bone colour represents them welcoming their passage into death or something.

Hmmm, fair enough I like the fluff but I also like developing it!

The points for the Libby I was stuck between ravenwing, dread or Libby....... Not sure what's the most effective!

The bone white is in memory of a load of termies dying to a bunch of stealers or something. Originally they had the same all black armour of the ravenwing, post heresy.

The use of some google-fu will bring up the story. At the end of the day, it's your army, whether something could or should be painted a certain way can be explained away by any story you like - it's a big galaxy out there & most things are possible.
