I would imagine RW ones will be black, DW will be bone and regular DA will be green. Much like BA Ravens being red for regular BA and black for DC.
So really the question is, which one do you want?

Its a transport, it can't transport bikes or landspeeders, so for me its either green or bone depending what you have in it.

Just to throw a spanner in the works - fluff wise doesn't piloting duties of all aircraft fall to members of the ravenwing? Not sure - but if u'r a purist it might be worth finding out. Of course if u'r not then anything goes! (Of course - black is easiest to paint as well . . . . . .)

Herne's point is quite helpful as the vehicle can be black and transport anything (that it legally can!), otherwise all the fluff purists will frown on you for dropping green marines out of a bone flyer or vice versa

(I was tempted to advocate the other way just so Nige has to buy 2 and get one painted green and one painted bone

Jeez! Nige believes anything! - Right Nige - just been checking the fluff.... apparently all transports are piloted by the transport corps of the ravenwing - their armour and heraldry is purple with yellow spots, and a large mushroom with wings.... I think that's what u should do! ;-)
