Grey Knights and new psychic rules

Just trying to get my head around the new 7th ed. And all seems similar to 6th apart from new psychic rules.

When generating warp charges its 1d6 plus 1 per mastery level of each psyker.
All/most GK are psykers so do I get +1 per figure in my army? ie 2 units of 5 terminators gets me +10.

Other question do my GK now use Sanctic powers or can they stay with those in codex?

Finally, activating nemesis weapons, is it still same?

Brotherhood of Psyker units = 1 warp charge per unit.

Thanks for that, not got rules on me, but is a banner any use now the auto psyk text rule has gone.
