Are Mortis Dreadnoughts still a legal unit in 9th edition?

I’ve been trying to look up this pattern but it seems it’s no longer an option in the 9th edition SM codex. As a DA player. I previously had an auto cannon armed variant. But. I can no longer see this option anywhere.
I see that Forgeworld has stopped selling its upgrades and weapons upgrades for the mk4 and mk5 dreadnoughts.

The only way to still use them is through the legends options, which can be found at https://www.warhammer-community.com/legends/#warhammer-40000

Useable only with opponent's consent, and most of the rules (outside of FW) are from 8th edition.
