Does simply been a unit which has a Dedicated Transport satisfy the above or are peps reading that you must be embarked upon said transport to gain the rule?

I'd take it as those "in" the dedicated transport. GAP.. I'd suggest that tighter equally lazy wording could stop ICs from being in there so they kept it fairly open just in case.. but it still leads to this oddity.
But thats a very harsh reading- e.g. it stops empty vehicles pelting across too.
(lazy answer of least advantage and all that.. long answer could be quite fun though)

4th edit I'd suggest , its also a clunky continuation of how the scout rule is *conferred* from the unit to the transport in p41 USR

OK, another. Does a Lasplas Razorback weapon count as one as two weapons?

*OLD* space marine faq had this
