Across a Dead Earth - Necromunda type game

Postby estarriol » Sun Mar 15, 2015 10:59 am

I was at a show last sunday and picked up these rules, 'Across a Dead Earth' they are set in a post Apocolyptic Britain (supplement for France etc. and their... issues coming soon).

Nice simple rules designed around building a gang and then fighting a campaign with them, how to progress, improve heal etc. as well as specialist types and kit.

Nicely produced and an easy read, I shall be using them myself.

Rules and figures available here:

I had a look at the review, then flicked over to the welcome page, read a bit, scrolled down - and the thing that struck me was the image at the bottom of the page - a man and woman standing on a bridge, staring down at a ruined Tesco, overgrown bushes and weeds everywhere, with cars bumper-to-bumper on the motorway - all facing the wrong way. Seems the artists may have forgotten we drive on the left side of the road. :)

I'll have to have a look at the rules, as the minis and terrain I have for Zed or Alive will probably fit this too. (ZoA use the free to download "Showdown" rules)
D&D quote of the decade:"Wait, doesn't anyone have a Rod of Resurrection? If you've got one, I need it bad. Get in here with your rod and give it to me!"
