Age of Strife - War Bastion [Meet up 2010]

Postby conscriptboris » Thu Oct 08, 2009 8:03 am

Hi all,

The guys over here in Gibraltar have been convinced (by me) to look into doing a joint meet up with Age of Strife, obviously we wont be able to get as many numbers as AOS to fly over. Now I know you guys have been doing the mini meet up in Feb/Mar and this looks like a posible date

The gibraltar guys (Bastion Club) want to go to WHW, just wondering who would be interested in supporting the grin & grip?

Regards,

Elvis

PS this all currently in preliminarys :P

Sounds good to me, will have a talk with the other TWAT'S, 2 of which are ex-military, so you guys should get on (you could go off and play "freckles" or something, while us lot play war with our little army men).

Actually, that's quite a relief.
When I read the title, I thought you were proposing 40k in Afghanistan.

I was hoping to do a WHW meetup in Feb myself, but I wont know dates yet (we are moving to Lincs soon, and were also planning on coming back to Swansea for a visit in Feb as well).

As usual with Nige, he hasn't sorted anything out. Doesn't look like it'll be anytime before xmas either.

I am still up for a 1-day meet in Birmingham, but with the impending house move, things are a bit up in the air.

I'll be up in Bourne (just across the way from Stamford) at the beginning of Feb for a week. If it coincides with that I may pass by WHW for the weekend.
