There was one here a number of years back.
There is a pedestrian entrance to one of our (Sydney city) underground stations. It has a nice stone archway and stairs.
A block North (iirc) is the entrance to an underground carpark. A lady driver got them confused and tried to park her car in the pedestrian entrance to the railway station. She got further down the stairs though (and blocked that entrance for 8 or so hours - but the station itself has 3 other exits/entrances).
The biggest issue here was the fact that the local City magistrate's court is located immediately ABOVE this entrance (Downing Centre courts). The lady didn't get far, but she was fined for illegal parking and related issues.)
