Whilst I was initially disappointed that this didn't satirise them over Fineca$t or the terrible quality of their rules, I did find it funny as ex-staff due to the huge amount of people that would wander in and ask about video games

I noticed that the GW wasn't looted by any gamers.
Maybe they should take note that their new finecast line is too terrible to even steal?

Maybe the gamers were too busy developing an in-depth and realistic system for LARPing rioters and police and it's all blown over before they were ready?

Actually that's where you are wrong. In a GW near me 200 unruly gamers smashed their way in through the windows and shoved all their recent finecast purchases back onto the shelves! They were members of the EDF: Everyone Despise Finecast movement.
